NEK Cycling Studio is an elite indoor cycling facility located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We offer classes that accommodate beginner to experienced cyclers. Each class is structured so that the rider can go at their own pace with encouragement from an instructor. This is a great form of exercise for those who have had knee injures. Indoor cycling has little to no impact on the joints so it can be extremely beneficial.
We offer a clean facility with amenities such as filtered water and showers.
Our state-of-the-art LeMond Pro bikes are equipped with Pilot II monitors that provide the cyclists with their vital statistics as they ride and that link directly to personal heart rate monitors. The computers track the miles that the rider travels during the class. The monitors on the bike also track cadence or RPM's. Our bikes are serviced frequently to keep them in the best condition.

To serve all of our clients, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the start time of the class you are signed in for, you will be charged for the price of the class.
